Chris Carter is a friend of his, and he's appeared in a few of Chris's series, including 'The X Files,' 'Millennium' and 'Harsh Realm.'
His most widely remembered role was that of the homicidal family man in the two 'Stepfather' films.
When he was in his 20s, he was a golden gloves boxing champ.
He starred in 'The Rocketeer' as Howard Hughes, and some say he bears a resemblance to him.
He has a black belt in karate.
