Her jump technique is awful.
She is not as graceful as Michelle Kwan and Sasha Cohen.
Her poor technique gets zapped by the new judging system.

She is one of skating's few college graduates.
Her costumes are tasteful; she makes them herself.
She is well-liked by other skaters.
She stood up to the ISU (International Skating Union) president Ottavio Cinquanta to demand more rights for skaters.
