Why he might be annoying:

In college, his nickname was 'Little Lenin.'
The UN charged him with crimes against humanity.
He persecuted, deported and murdered Kosovo Albanians.
When he lost the election in 2000, he refused to give up his executive powers for weeks.
He resisted arrest.
He was indicted for attempted murder of a political opponent, illegal manipulation of real estate records, theft of public funds and electoral fraud.
Despite being on trial for war crimes he was almost given a seat in the Serbian parliament (his party decided not to do so at the last minute because he would be unable to vote).
He was power hungry.

In 1992, he was the first democratic elected president of Serbia.
When he was a child, his father abandoned the family.
His father killed himself, using a hunting rifle (1962).
His mother killed herself ten years later.
He graduated from Belgrade University.He was a fan of Ernest Hemingway and Frank Sinatra.
He suffered from diabetes.
