    Played for the Kansas City-Omaha Kings (1973-76) and San Antonio Spurs (1977-78)
    Head coach of the Denver Nuggets (1998–99), Phoenix Suns (2003-08), New York Knicks (2008-12) and the Los Angeles Lakers
    NBA Coach of the Year (2005)
    His stint with the Nuggets lasted one season.
    His NBA career lasted a season and a half.
    His surname is tough to pronounce.
    He relies too much on Steve Nash to carry the workload.
    He brought an uptempo style of basketball to the Suns.
    He guided the Suns to a 62-20 record in his first full season as head coach (2004-05).
