    NFL Comeback Player of the Year (2001)
    He spent the early years of his NFL career in subpar teams.
    He recorded a career high of 12 fumbles in the 1995 season.
    In an early play of a Divisional Playoff game against the Atlanta Falcons, he broke his ankle when his foot stuck on the turf of the Georgia Dome (January 9, 1999).
    In response to Esera Tuaolo coming out of the closet, he told the Fresno Bee, 'Hell, no. I don't want any faggots on this team.' (2002).
    He won All-American honors while attending the University of Georgia.
    He was the second player in 49ers history to run for over 1,000 yards after Ricky Watters.
