Why she might be annoying:

She dropped out of school in her final year, falling a year's work behind her grade.
She overly abused drugs, including reds (downers), cocaine, Quaaludes and angel dust.
At 18 years old, she received a $75,000 trust fund and used it to buy a car, get an apartment and purchase incredible amounts of drugs.
She died five and a half months after that.
After her overdose death, the coroner said that he has never seen someone with that many drugs in them.

Why she might not be annoying:

Her mother forced her into acting.
At age 13, her job with 'Family Affair' ended and her mom still forced her to go to auditions.
Her mother spent all of the money that she could get her hands on from Anissa's earnings.
She was given no funeral, and was cremated.
Her year younger brother, Paul, died a few years after her, at 24, also of a drug overdose.
