The Resume

    (October 13, 1956- )
    Born in United States
Resided in North Miami Beach, Florida
    Real name is Laurence Leavy
    Owner of a law firm
Best known for frequently sitting behind home plate in nationally-televised baseball games while wearing an orange Miami Marlins jacket and visor
Also attended and prominently seated in sporting events such as the Super Bowl, NBA Finals and Triple Crown horse races

Why he might be annoying:

His traveling all over the country to attend games in expensive seats is not feasible for the average-income fan.
He is accused of being an attention seeker ala Rainbow Man or someone hired by the Marlins to promote their team.
He ticked off some teams for not wearing the home team colors, especially if the opponent also wears orange.
He compared stadium dress codes that attendees must wear team (or neutral) colors behind-the-plate to racial discrimination and a violation of freedom of speech.
He tends to check his phone or talk to people beside him at least as much as he does watching the game.
He occasionally wears his visor sideways.

Why he might not be annoying:

Though more known for attending games that do NOT involve the Marlins, he was a Marlins season-ticket holder since their first year in 1993.
His sports traveling predated when the Marlins changed their color to orange from the less noticeable teal.
He attended a Miami Heat playoffs game in his orange instead of the provided white T-shirt, and when the Heat won, he kept wearing it as a good-luck charm.
He is willing to accommodate any request from people wanting to get a picture taken with him.
He gives extra tickets to random strangers, under the condition of paying the gesture forward.
He donated $10,000 to the families of two Kansas City firefighters who died in the line of duty.
He is loyal to a team that historically had one of baseball's most fickle fan bases.
He is a popular photoshop subject, as he is placed in the middle of historical photographs such as the moon landing.
He endured a false terminal illness diagnosis.
