Why he might be annoying:

During a fight scene in 'Police Academy 2,' he was actually hit in the jaw by Marion Ramsey.
He didn't appear on a 'Police Academy' movie poster until the 6th film.
Since 2000, his movie roles have mostly been either uncredited bit parts (e.g., security guard in 'X-Men: Days of Future Past') or in low-budget direct-to-video/direct-to-cable productions.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was a member of the Second City comedy troupe and has taught improv at high schools and colleges.
He beat out Jerry Seinfeld and Tim Allen for the role of Lt. Proctor.
He wrote for the Disney animated series 'The Weekenders.'
He said about making the 'Police Academy' films, 'It was like going to camp, where every year you'd see a lot of the same campers and counselors with some new faces added that became part of the family.'
