Husband of Queen Victoria (1840-1861)
Other titles include Duke of Saxony, Chancellor of the University of Cambridge, and Master of Trinity House

Why he might be annoying:

He married Queen Victoria, his first cousin.
He was the puppet master who ruled the British Empire from behind the scenes.
He always considered Britons inferior to Germans, and laughed at his official British titles.
The 'Prince Albert' penis piercing is named after him.
He died before his wife, causing her to withdraw from public life for ten years, which jeopardized the Empire.

Why he might not be annoying:

His father banished his mother from the land, and she died at a very young age.
He was an excellent fencer.
Despite rumors, it is unknown whether he had any body piercings of his own.
He was extremely interested in the economy, science, and the arts.
He worked very hard to improve quality of life for ordinary British people.
He was modest, and was happy to let Victoria take all the credit for his ideas.
He died suddenly of typhoid fever at age 42.
He and Victoria had one of the happiest political marriages in history.
