Why he might be annoying:

    Bam Margera agreed to join Johnny Knoxville in MTV's Jackass as long as Brandon was allowed to participate.
    In the video 'CKY2K,' he took a handful of crap and rubbed it into Ryan Dunn's face. Ryan retaliated by urinating on Brian's face while he was sleeping.
    While in Iceland, he, along with the Bam, stood outside Björk's house and mocked her.
    During a bit in 'CKY2K,' he kicked a football onto oncoming traffic causing many near accidents.
    When asked who his hero is, he said Jean Claude Van Damne.
    He has a receding hairline.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He knows kung fu.
    It is believed that he is Bam's best friend.
    He is capable of doing many different voices and impressions.
    He did an amazing freestyle rap in his Asian voice.
    He speaks both English and Italian.
