    (July 31, 1967- )
Born in New York City, New York
Shot eight people, killing three (1990-93)
Known as the New York Zodiac Killer
He dropped out of high school at age 16 after being caught with a weapon.
Rather than work, he would stuff plastic bags in the coin return slots of pay phones and vending machines and pocket the accumulated change.
He kept scrapbooks about famous serial killers.
He was a copycat of San Francisco's original Zodiac Killer, down to writing 'This is zodiac' letters to the police and papers.
He was busted for illegal possession of a zip gun, but the weapon was mislabeled at the evidence lab and never tested (1994).
He was finally caught after shooting and wounding his stepsister during an argument (June 18, 1996).
When he wrote an account of the assault for the police, he stupidly signed the statement with the same symbol he used in the zodiac letters.
Showing a fine sense of irony, he sent one of his zodiac letters to the New York Post using a 'Love' stamp for postage.
The initial police composite sketch of the zodiac suspect was dubbed 'Evil Al Roker' for its resemblance to the famed weatherman.
Unlike his inspiration, he was caught.
He will not be eligible for parole until he turns 113 in 2080.
