His nickname was Pizziah.
He repeated the 11th Grade due to 'academic deficiencies.'
He was the final pick of the 2011 NBA draft.
He is the second shortest player in Celtics history at 5'9 (although he claims 'the ground's just lower').
He plays for the Celtics but shares a name with Larry Bird's sworn enemy.
He got his name after his father lost a bet during a Lakers-Pistons game in the 1989 NBA Finals, having to name his son after Thomas as a result.
His hobby is playing video games against himself shouting things like 'you don't deserve love!'
He annoys the hell out of his friends by 'inviting them over for pizza' without telling them its gluten-free (he's lactose intolerant).

He is close personal friends with his namesake, whom he has referred to as his 'mentor.'
His namesake's requisite unpopularity with Knicks fans has resulted in his being booed whenever he plays at Madison Square Garden.
