Why Saturn might be annoying:

It doesn't have a habitable atmosphere, and thus can't support life.
It is one of the largest planets, yet is light enough to float in a bathtub (if one were big enough).
The ancient Assyrians gave it the name, 'oldest of the old sheep,' because it moved so slowly across the sky.
The Greeks named it after the god Cronus, who had a nasty habit of swallowing his children.
In astrology, it is often viewed as the unluckiest and most dreadful planet.
During medieval times, it was thought to control old age, sickness, and death.
It was thought to govern all serpents, crocodiles, bears, wolves, and venomous creatures on Earth.
Galileo mistakenly described its rings as 'ears.'
Its rings are so thin that they sometimes seem to disappear when viewed.
It kind of sounds like Satan.

Why Saturn might not be annoying:

It is often considered the most beautiful of the nine planets.
The word 'Saturday' means 'Saturn's day.'
Its modern name came from the Roman god of agriculture.
The Romans held an annual 'Feast of Saturnalia' in honor of it.
It is the farthest planet from the Sun that can be seen from Earth with the naked eye.
Modern astrologists believe it can give off good qualities such as patience and self-discipline.
One of its moons, Titan, has a methane atmosphere that some think may support life.
Stevie Wonder sang that Saturn had 'rainbow moonbeams' and 'orange snow.'
