    Born in Los Gatos, California
Shortstop for the Atlanta Braves (1987-97) and the Chicago Cubs (1998-99)

Why he might be annoying:

He left the Braves following the 1997 season when they refused to give him a top dollar contract.
His productivity declined dramatically during his final two seasons with the Cubs.

Why he might not be annoying:

He and Mark Lemke formed a reliable middle infield tandem during the Braves divisional dynasty.
He made the National League All-Star team on two occasions.
He once hit three home runs in one game (1992).
He was a fan favorite in Atlanta.
He posted career highs in home runs and RBI's (1997).
