Why she might be annoying:

She was described by other Salem residents as filthy and bad-tempered.
She and her husband were homeless and would beg for food and shelter.
If she was turned down, she would allegedly mutter curses under her breath.
At her trial she claimed she was reciting the Ten Commandments, but was unable to recall any of the Commandments while on the stand.
Her husband testified against her, saying that she had a witch's mark, adding 'She is enemy to all good.'

Why she might not be annoying:

She and husband William Good lost their farm primarily because they were held responsible for the debts run up by her first husband.
During her trial, one of the girls accusing her fell into a fit, then claimed Good had attacked her with a knife, and produced a piece of the knife.
A townsman then told the court that the piece had broken off his own knife the day before, and that the girl had witnessed it. He then produced the remainder of the knife, proving his story.
In response, the judge merely scolded the girl for exaggerating.
She was pregnant at the time of her arrest, and gave birth to a daughter in jail.
The daughter, named Mercy, died shortly after birth due to poor nutrition and unsanitary conditions in the jail.
Before her execution, Rev. Nicholas Noyes tried to get her to confess; she responded, 'I'm no more a witch than you are a wizard. Take my life and God will give you blood to drink.'
Twenty-five years later, Noyes suffered internal hemorrhaging and choked to death on his own blood.
