    She is at serious risk for 'Blackberry Thumbs,' a painful disorder chiropractors are increasingly treating patients for as a result of habitual text messaging.

    Because her father signed her up with a plan that gave her unlimited text messages, he only had to pay $30 instead of $2905.60.
    Her parents are divorced.
    After the incident, her parents imposed the rule that forbids her from text messaging in the after-dinner hours.
