    Appeared in the films ‘Room for One More’ (1982), ‘Monkey Business’ (1952), ‘Gentlemen Prefer Blondes’ (1953), ‘The Rocketman’ (1954), ‘Artists and Models’ (1955), ‘Rock, Pretty Baby’ (1956), ‘Summer Love’ (1958) and ‘Wild Heritage’ (1958)

    He was known for having an unusually deep voice for a child.
    He was billed as George ‘Foghorn’ Winslow in some films.
    When his voice broke during puberty, it rose in pitch.
    His acting career was over before he hit his teens.

    He had a memorable deadpan delivery.
    His appearance on Art Linkletter’s radio show ‘People Are Funny’ was such a hit with the audience that he returned nearly twenty times, a record for the show.
    He stole scenes from Marilyn Monroe in ‘Gentlemen Prefer Blondes,’ most famously when he agrees to help her out of a jam because ‘you’ve got a lot of animal magnetism.’
    As an adult, he joined the US Navy and served a tour of duty in Vietnam.
