Why he might be annoying:

    He was a lawyer, not a medical professional, prior to joining the Department of Health and Human Services.
    In between his stints with Health and Human Services, he worked for what the left calls 'big pharma'.
    As president of drug company Eli Lilly, he approved an increase in the cost of insulin several times.
    As the rollout of the Covid 19 vaccine didn't go as smoothly as planned, he stated 'there's nothing to fix' and placed the blame on state governors for any confusion in administering the vaccine.
    He was part of Kenneth Starr's Independent Counsel which investigated Whitewater.

Why he might not be annoying:

    He earned his law degree at Yale and did his undergrad work at Dartmouth.
    Unlike his boss, he didn't treat Covid 19 as a hoax, and encouraged folks to get vaccinated.
    He clerked for Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
    He was unanimously approved by the United States Senate during his first stint with Health and Human Services.
