Murdered her children by drowning them (October 24, 1994)

Why she might be annoying:

She was convicted of murdering her two sons, Michael, 3 and Alexander, 14 months (October 24, 1994).
Buckling her kids in, she put the car in neutral, and let the car drive into the lake.
She plan to commit suicide, but wimped out.
She killed her kids because her boyfriend, didn't want children.
She told he boyfriend, that she slept with his father, just to see his reaction.
She made up a story that an African-American man carjacked her car with the kids inside.
She will be eligible for parole in 2025.
She wrote a personals ad on writeaprisoner.com (2003).

Why she might not be annoying:

In her high school senior year, she was selected 'Friendliest Female' at Union High School (1989).
Her classmates recalled that she was 'cheerful and down to earth.'
When she was six, her alcoholic father committed suicide.
She was molested by her stepfather.
She was sentenced to thirty years to life in prison on a double murder charge (July 27, 1995) Her ex-husband and father of the two dead boys, wanted the death penalty.
She's been beaten up in prison by inmates who want to extract their own form of punishment.
The 'Butters' episode of 'South Park' was loosely based on her story (December 19, 2001).
