    It has attractions including Wylie Park, Storybook Land and the Dacotah Prairie Museum.
    Don Larsen, Lou Piniella and Jim Palmer used to play for its minor league baseball team Aberdeen Pheasants prior to joining the Major Leagues.
    Terry Francona, who ended the Curse of the Bambino for the Boston Red Sox as their team's manager, was born here.
