Why he might be annoying:

His mother and brother described him as unstable and quick tempered.
He became obsessed with anarchism and regarded the anarchist who had killed King Humbert I of Italy as his hero.
He decided to become an anarchist himself sometime in 1901.
He started thinking that assassinating McKinley would send the U.S. into chaos.
He stalked McKinley for months, waiting for his chance to strike.
He shot McKinley at close range after lining up to shake his hand (September 6, 1901).
McKinley died from the gunshot eight days later (September 14, 1901).
His last words before he was executed were that he wasn't sorry for what he had done.
He became the third presidential assassin in American history after John Wilkes Booth and Charles Guiteau.
His name is hard to pronounce.

Why he might not be annoying:

He may have been insane.
Some people think that he didn't get a fair trial (even thought his guilt was obvious).
Acid was poured on his coffin so his body would deteriorate quickly.
He is dead.
