Why he might be annoying:

Every Friday nights he masturbates in front of a mirror for hours on end wearing just tube socks.
He has a country bumpkin accent.
While riding the subway he unknowingly sat in a bum's diarrhea, he couldn't hear people warning him because he had headphones on.
He has trouble meeting women. (I wonder why)
Beth Ostrosky tried helping him by giving him a complete make over but it hasn't help him get women.

Why he might not be annoying:

He is one of the best speed metal drummers ever.
He's genuinely a nice guy.
The quality of the Howard Stern Show has gone up since he won John Melendez's job.
He's a good sport when people make fun of his accent.
He puts up with Sal the Stockbroker.
