Why they might be annoying:

There was a fourth brother, Pow!, but he may have drowned in the milk (we don't want to mention any names, but we think one of his brothers SNAPped!).
They were originally illustrated by W.T. Grant as elves for a children's book. Kellogg's adopted Snap! in 1931 and Crackle! and Pop! in 1941
.Their company violated the Screen Actor's Guild strike (2000).
They embedded the '!' into their names.
They fail to reveal that the milk makes their cereal very soggy if not eaten quickly (they think that it's all fun and games, but someone has to eat this crap).
Snap! is the leader, Crackle! is the wiseass and Pop! is clumsy.
