    The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) honor Roddy McDowall for his acting career and critically acclaimed photography by naming its photo archive after him. The collection, which includes several millions of negatives and stills, will be known as the Roddy McDowall Photograph Archive at the Margaret Herrick Library.
    McDowall won the admiration of a new generation of fans in two 1980s horror movies, playing horror-movie-host-turned-vampire-hunter Peter Vincent in Fright Night (1985 and its 1989 sequel).
    He was rumored to have one of the largest penises in Hollywood.
    His sister Virginia was Montgomery Clift's private secretary.
    In the memorable 'Twilight Zone' 'People are Alike All Over,' he gave an incredible performance as an astronaut placed in a zoo on Mars.
