Why he might be annoying
He listed backyard target shooting practice as a hobby on a dating app called iMilap.com.
He had acquired a large stockpile of weapons, suggesting that he was planning additional attacks.
The Italian newspaper 'La Stampa' reported that his father said that his son 'shared the ideology of Al-Baghdadi to create an Islamic state.'
He and his then soon-to-be-wife Tashfeen Malik were talking about 'jihad' and martyrdom as late as 2013 before their engagement.
The attack was the deadliest shooting since the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in 2012 and the deadliest terrorist attack since 9/11.
His and his wife's shooting spree occurred just weeks after attacks and bombings allegedly perpetrated by ISIS ravaged Paris killing 137 people.
The attack also reignited the flames of Islamophobia in America.
Why he might not be annoying
He grew up in a dysfunctional family where his father physically attacked his mother.
He graduated one year early from high school.
He attended California State University, San Bernardino, and received a bachelor's degree in environmental health.
He worked as a food inspector for the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health.
Coworkers described Farook as quiet and polite, and said that he held no obvious grudges.
