He also said the same thing about Clarence Thomas.
He created an amendment making it illegal for anyone other than law enforcement to trace guns.
He overuses the terms 'conservative values' and 'Kansas values.'

Why he might not be annoying:

He is a strong conservative who doesn't cave into moderates and liberals.
He called out Democrats for their AIG bonuses.
