    Sisters Louise and Lillian were born in the Virgin Islands, and Tony came from the Philippines.
    A third sister, Carmen, left the group for marriage and motherhood.
    When their career washed up in the States, they found success in Europe.
    In 1980, 'Use It Up and Wear It Out' topped the British charts.
    Primarily known as a disco act, the trio also explored Caribbean and jazz sounds.
