Why he might be annoying:

He does not allow reporters to ask him questions when he lectures to students.
He only accepts screened questions from students.
He sides with conservative Justice Scalia in decisions.
He opposes most African-American causes.

Why he might not be annoying:

He keeps his mouth shut, so that he does not expose the idiot inside of him.
He is predictable.
He graduated Yale Law School.
He was able to succeed despite growing up poor in the segregated South.
He opposes affirmative action.
He has argued that individual action and self-reliance and not government programs overcome adversity and poverty.
