Why he might be annoying:

He wrestled for nearly twenty years, and will be best remembered as the trainer on Tough Enough.
He has seen friends Glen Jacobs (Kane) and Mick Foley go onto be big stars while he was stayed at the bottom of the card.
He wrestled as Avatar, an obvious knockoff of the Mortal Kombat craze.
He wrestled as Leif Cassidy, a dorky guy stuck in the 70's, before the seventies were retro.
He use to carry a mannequin head around.
He is considered the 'nice trainer' on Tough Enough.

Why he might not be annoying:

He is happy being known for his role as head trainer on Tough Enough.
He got thousands of people to chant 'Head.'
To prove he wasn't as nice as thought, he twisted a student's arm after he constantly messed up doing the move.
He wants his students and others to respect the business he is in.
