Why Budweiser Frogs might be annoying:

The director of their commercials, Tom DeCerichio, directed a terrible movie, 'Celtic Pride.'
Their computer screensaver is used as a virus to wipe everything out in a hard drive and even yank usernames and passwords.
The chameleons, Frank and Louie made a plan for the ferret that tried to kill them by electrocution.

Why Budweiser Frogs might not be annoying:

They croaked their names to form the name of their company.
Their first commercial showed up during Super Bowl XXVIII.
Budweiser made one of the its greatest advertising campaigns in the 1990s.
They appeared in an episode of 'The Simpsons.'
