Despite appearing in many films, he was only really known for his role as the principal in 'The Breakfast Club.'

He portrayed the hard ass principal in 'The Breakfast Club' and returned 16 years later to spoof his own part in that film in 'Not Another Teen Movie.'
He graduated Florida State University (1966).
He supposedly owned a restaurant.
He attended college with Burt Reynolds and Robert Urich.
Despite being typecast, he usually portrayed his characters with zest and enthusiasm.
