    Appeared on Broadway in 'Getting Married' (1951), 'Wake Up Darling' (1956) and 'How to Make a Man' (1961)
    Allmovie described her film appearances as 'enjoyable but unmemorable.'
    She married her psychiatrist, who was 23 years her senior.
    She portrayed Laura Petrie in the pilot episode of The Dick Van Dyke Show, but was replaced by Mary Tyler Moore.
