    Hired as a professor at Konkuk University in Seoul, South Korea (February 19, 2008)
    Listed in the Guinness Book of World Records in 2008 as the World's Youngest Professor (18 years, 362 days)
    Previous record held by Colin Maclaurin (student of Isaac Newton) in 1717
    She is sooooo a child prodigy.
    When she found out who she replaced for the record she stated, 'He's in every calculus textbook there is...I thought, 'I can't replace him.' But it's been 300 years and someone had to replace him, so why not me?'
    She speaks no Korean but accepted the job in South Korea because she claims, 'I can speak math and music.'
    She has her own website with accomplishments listed so you can read how she is so much smarter than you.
    She was talking and reading at just 8 months old and graduated high school by age 10.
    She has donated her time teaching math and physics courses at the historically black public Southern University in New Orleans that has struggled from the effects of Hurricane Katrina.
    About her music (she learned some jazz while in NOLA) she states, 'You can reach a lot of people with music. It’s never been really a hobby to me. It’s always been on equal par with my academics.'
    She had the opportunity to take her clarinet and jam with the rock group Smash Mouth.
    She has already done research developing nanotubes for use as cellular probes to help discover cures for diseases, and wants to develop a noninvasive blood-glucose meter for people with diabetes, like her parents.
