TV Series
    (April 19, 2010-July 29, 2011)
    Born in United States
'Dating Game' type show hosted by Jerry Springer
Premise: a contestant meets three other contestants of the opposite sex who reveal negative things about themselves until only one is left. The original contestant reveals something negative about themselves and if the two can handle each other's negative 'baggage' (get it?) they go out on a date
    Jerry Springer.
Although the show wasn't technically 'rigged' or 'fixed,' the contestants were obviously coached and gave clearly scripted answers.
The contestants frequently lied about themselves, occupations, income, homes, etc..
Contestants included; porn actresses Amy Lindsay and Christine Nguyen, neither of whom were truthful about themselves and their occupations.
There was no 'none of the above' option for the original contestant although it was desperately needed.
    Sexual minorities were not represented.
It got decent ratings and at one time was the Game Show Network's highest rated show.
There were moments of genuine hilarity.
It still airs in reruns on the Game Show Network and does quite well ratings-wise.
A reboot which would include sexual minorities has been considered.
You think you are desperate for a date? Watch this!
