Why he might be annoying:

His hairstyle has been described as looking like a 'pudding bowl.'
Besides 'Doctor Who,' he has acted in practically no films or TV shows.
His complexion was terrible when he was on the show.
His character was extremely unpopular with fans.
One critic wrote: 'What Wil Wheaton was to Star Trek, Matthew Waterhouse was to Doctor Who.'
He was ultimately fired from the series and his character killed off.
He got fat after leaving the show.
He now collects rare poetry books.

He was one of the only male co-stars in 'Doctor Who' history.
He was also the only companion to be killed off.
He was disappointed they decided to kill him rather than marry him off.
He continues to work in theater in the U.S.
