Why he might be annoying:

He has extremely furry hands.
He tap danced in TV commercials for Kinney Shoes in the '70s.
He cut an album - 'Ken Berry R.F.D.'
His idol is Fred Astaire, but when he finally got to meet him in the early '60s he was too awe struck to do anything but shake his hand.
He's a vehicle junkie, owning several cars, RVs, motorcycles and scooters, stating, 'I love cars. If I could, I'd like to buy a new one about ever two to three months.'
