Why he might be annoying:

Two words: T-Rex arms!
He also has nipple piercings.
His accidental disclosure to Bill that Bill was going to be voted out led to Colton making the Manono tribe give their immunity to Salani; then Manono went to Tribal Council voting Bill out.
Like what Hantz did, he constantly sported a fedora.
He considers himself to be most like Jud Birza (except that Fabio is considerably taller).
Because the ruling alliance of women considered Tarzan no threat and Troyzan won immunity that round, he became the default target.

Why he might not be annoying:

His becoming the fourth juror meant Bro-Fest at Ponderosa with Jonas, Michael and Jay - complete with Jonas preparing several types of sushi out of one blimp-sized tuna!
His personal claim to fame?  Working alongside Billy Barty and Mickey Rooney.
Although his name was on the chopping block on the Day 11 Tribal Council, Manono voted Bill out instead.
Colton referred to him as 'munchkin' and 'Oompha Loompha.'
Carrying several supplies en route to the Manono camp, Jonas referred to him as the ‘buff little dude.’
He did not need a step ladder to reach the top of the pedestal when he cast his votes.
'Survivor' online game analysts and fans felt it was unfair to include a basketball challenge as he had a clear disadvantage; his team (the secondary Manono tribe) lost.
He did a cannonball flip into the pool at the 7-Up Oasis barbeque reward.
