Why he might be annoying:

He temporarily left ‘Project Runway' and replaced by Vera Wang.
Despite being sold in department stores, his designs are extremely expensive.
He plays the Paula Abdul judge role on ‘Project Runway,' allowing Nina Garcia and Heidi Klum run the show.
On a poll conducted by the ‘Project Runway' website, he was voted the least intimidating judge.

His designs are classic.
He is one of the most successful American designers today.
After Chloe Dao won ‘Project Runway,' he offered the runner-up Daniel Vosivic a job at his company.
He cites his mom as his biggest inspiration (she also appeared on ‘Project Runway').
He lives in New York City.
