    Participated in the Formula One World Championship
    Killed in the 1955 Le Mens disaster
    He crashed into a stand during his race killing himself and 84 spectators.
    He was responsible for the deadliest accident in the history of racecar driving.
    The hood of the car went flying off, decapitating people in the stands.
    He had no wins in his career.
    He also played hockey and tennis.
    The disaster was not actually his fault because another driver tried to pass a car and swerved in front of him.
