    Born in Jamaica
Member of Jamaica's silver medal winning 4x400 meter relay team (1988)
    Track and field coach
    Founded Sprint Capitol USA (1993)
Eight of the athletes he coached have been suspended for drug use, including Marion Jones, Tim Montgomery and Justin Gatlin.
When Gatlin failed a drug test, he claimed Gatlin had been sabotaged by his masseur. (And your explanation for the other seven is...?)
The US Olympic Committee banned him from their facilities (2006).
He was convicted of lying to federal agents in the BALCO investigation (May 29, 2008).
He received a lifetime ban from the US Anti-Doping Agency (July 16, 2008).
He got the BALCO investigation started when he sent a syringe of 'the clear,' a then-undetectable steroid, to anti-doping authorities.
His lawyer claimed he was a 'convenient scapegoat' for disgruntled athletes who had used performance-enhancing drugs on their own.
The jury deadlocked on charges that he had lied about providing athletes with drugs.
