    Drummer for Cream (1966-1968), Blind Faith (1968-1969) and Ginger Baker's Air Force
    With Cream recorded the songs ‘White Room,' ‘Crossroads,' ‘Sunshine of Your Love,' ‘N.S.U.,' ‘I Feel Free,' ‘Strange Brew,' ‘Spoonful' and ‘Those Were the Days'
    He was a show-off, and he played a 16 minute drum solo on the live version of ‘Toad.'
    His name makes him sound like he loves to cook, particularly with ginger.
    He was heavily into drugs.
    He smokes.
    One main reason that Cream broke up is because Baker couldn't get along with Jack Bruce.
    He thought that the Cream reunion concert wasn't very good.
    He is one of the most influential drummers of all time.
    He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Cream (1993).
    He was one of the first drummers to use two bass drums on his drum kit.
    He also was one of the first rock drummers to add percussion instruments that weren't associated with rock to his music.
