TV Reality Show Contestant
He lists (four-year) ‘Iraq War Veteran’ as his occupation.
He wants to bring an iPod (‘music gives me energy’) and laptop (‘to remain connected to the outside world’) to the contest.
He considers himself to be most like Rupert ‘because he played the game with honor.’
Dude, Survivor is really not the place to be concerned about bringing ‘awareness to economical / social injustices.’
During the first challenge – before heading to camp – he instructed Sherri, battling Andrea for a life preserver, to ‘break her wrist!’
He was the camp motor mouth and lazy bum — even going so far as to spend 19 hours a day in the shelter and demand a serving of rice a day.
He was given the ‘lazy black guy’ edit a la Gervase — and the ‘angry black guy’ edit!
He was disrespectful to his tribe members, loud and arrogant.
He was taken out of the game over… a grain of sand in his eye (which did not impress Laura)!
Reynold considered his three-year-old nephew more mature than him!
He appeared to be suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder as he was a war veteran.
While serving his country, he witnessed suicide bombings and saw his friends being carried away in body bags.
His mother also served in the 2003 Iraq War — at the same time as him!
He wanted to bring a deck of cards to the contest.
He also identifies with Rupert for ‘working with troubled youth.’
He assisted Michael in building the first Gota fire — with tree parts! (He held back, observed, waited, and struck.)
In addition to his eye woe, he also injured his finger.
The Gota women – Sherri in particular – wanted to be allied with him, as they saw him the same way Boston Rob saw Phil and Natalie W saw Russell H (jury bait).
Although he was not voted out, he finishes the game behind Laura, who participated in the first immunity challenge he didn’t.
When asked by People.com if he would change a thing, he admitted he wouldn't — other than bringing a six pack along!
