Why Road Rules might be annoying:

    They do extreme missions like eating animal body parts, walking across beams at high heights and a lot of crazy challenges.
    Starting in Season 10: The Quest, if you lost a certain amount of missions you would have to vote someone out.
    Their transportation and 'house' was a small Winnebago.

Why Road Rules might not be annoying:

    It has been compared to the Real World, but instead of sitting in a house with fights and drama they do missions and get exercise.
    It helped jump start people's careers, like Season 8: SAS cast member Veronica and Season 10: The Quest cast member Jisela posing in Playboy.
    They not only give the cast members fame, they also get money and some prizes.
    Road Rules Season 8: 'Semester At Sea' gave the cast members benefits by being in college (on a ship), being on television and going around to different countries and continents.
