She co-hosted the 'Mr. Spain' pageant (2001).

The interpreter flubbed Helen's final answer at the pageant, which may have cost her the Miss Universe crown.
She has a menagerie of animals including cats, horses and turtles.
After her reign as Miss Spain, she became one the most popular models in Europe and Australia.
Her hobbies are wind surfing, horse riding, and dancing salsa.
