Why he might be annoying:

He is a pretty boy.
He has been accused of being a regime-change puppet.
He has struggled to articulate an actual policy platform detailing his alternate vision for Venezuela.
He launched a military-backed challenge to President Nicolas Maduro, summoning thousands of people to the streets to demonstrate against his administration.
The action resulted in violent clashes with many supporters getting injured by rubber bullets, tear gas, and live ammo in riots across Venezuela.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was born one of seven children.
He and his family survived the Vargas flash floods, in 1999, which killed thousands.
He met his wife while she was volunteering for the Voluntad Popular party.
He was mentored by Opposition leader and political prisoner Leopoldo Lopez.
He has supported calls to deliver outside humanitarian aid to Venezuela.
A majority of Venezuelans attested to supporting him as interim President.
He has faced threats and intimidation from the Maduro administration.
He idolizes Simon Bolivar (probably the only thing he has in common with Maduro and Hugo Chavez).
He was wounded during massive protests against Maduro's government (2017).
