The video showed his allegedly breaking a column of bricks with his fist and skiing daredevil style but the camera never zoomed in on his face as ‘he' performed the stunts.
Another scene showed him ballroom dancing with a scantily clad partner.
He sent ‘cease and desist' notifications to YouTube.com and other online video sites with the word ‘desist' spelled incorrectly.
He claimed he taught Elton John and Harrison Ford how to play tennis.
He allegedly misrepresented his work history with various prestigious organizations in the paper resume that accompanied the video.

He distributed his video strictly for headhunters to view and had no direct part in the video's leak into the Internet.
Because his contact information was in the video, his cell phone rang non-stop for days.
He admitted the media attention upset his mother.
