Why he might be annoying:

He made his first ring appearance with the WCW at age 10.
During a high school match, he attacked a wrestler who mocked his dad's signature moves (2005).
He got into a fistfight with his father at a wedding reception.
He broke his mother's arm shoving her out of an elevator.
He was arrested on assault and battery charges (June 23, 2007).
He was charged with driving while impaired (March 4, 2009).
After crashing his car, he was charged with DWI again and possession of heroin (April 26, 2009).

Why he might not be annoying:

He won the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) National Wrestling Tournament (1998).
His father took him to strip clubs and bought him alcoholic drinks when he was underage. (At least according to the divorce suit of Ric's second wife, Elizabeth.)
In a court filing, Ric admitted his son had 'significant difficulties... some of which are the result of the dysfunctional family dynamic in our home.'
He made his official debut with his half-brother David taking on the Nasty Boys in a match refereed by special guest Hulk Hogan (December 6, 2008).
After the match, 'The Wrestler Magazine' noted, 'With just one match under his belt, it’s too early to know if Reid Flair is destined for superstardom, but what he showed in his pro debut makes us think he’s on the right path.'
The day before his death, he tweeted about looking forward to a joint US tour with his father.
