Part of her job is to put on foolish acts, such as dressing up as an old lady to see how the dog will react.
As part of accessing the dogs, she will try to steal the dog’s food with a rubber hand. The hand is missing some fingers.
She thinks tug a war is good for the dog, yet many dog books claim tug-a-war can make a dog aggressive.

Why she might not be annoying:

She gives a lot of helpful pet tips.
She works with neglected and abused dogs at the ASPCA.
Her job is very rewarding.
She helped rescued a stray mixed breed dog and named the dog Viv after an English rock star.
Her name is on a petition to save the Electric Ballroom located in London England.
