Why she might be annoying:

She seems to be hired and fired due to her yoyo weight.
Unofficially, both CBS and E! fired her for being a difficult person and her ballooning weight.
In between, she was a spokesperson for Weight Watchers.
Insiders have called her difficult and on a star trip.
CBS once booked her to fly coach instead of first class and she went nuts.
At E!, she threw one of her news editor out and said: 'You are completely useless, now get out of my office.'
When her boss, Ed Zarcoff at E! asked for an explanation, she basically told him where he could go, and he fired her.

Why she might not be annoying:

She was one of the first female news personalities to allow her hair to go grey (she did later succumb and bleached it blond).
