Drafted 49th overall by the New England Whalers in the 1973 WHA Amateur Draft and 54th overall by the Montreal Canadiens in the 1976 NHL Amateur Draft
Defenseman for the Montreal Canadiens (1980-81), Colorado Rockies (1981), St. Louis Blues (1981-82) and the New York Rangers (1982-83)

He shares his name with a baseball player and a football player.
He sported a mullet during his playing career.
He was another member of the Miracle on Ice Team whose pro career didn’t amount to much.
He played on four NHL teams in three seasons.
